Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of custom keepsake jewelry, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges after order is placed. 

Please be 100% certain of ring sizing, as I cannot issue a refund/exchange if incorrect size was ordered. We recommend visiting a local jewelry store where a professional jeweler can assist you in figuring out your ring size. If that's not feasible, you can purchase a ring sizer tool on Amazon or print a PDF at home to measure your ring size. However, please be aware that sizing at home may be inaccurate. 

You may cancel/make changes to your order via e-mail within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all cancellations. We cannot accept changes or cancellations past the 24 hour mark. It is crucial to be 100% certain of your choices for stone design elements and setting style before placing an order. I strongly advise thoroughly reviewing your order details at checkout multiple before finalizing your transaction.

Each piece we create is unique. Some inclusions pose greater challenges during the process than others, resulting in variations between each piece. No two pieces will ever look the same. These variations can include, but are not limited to, differences in translucency, the presence of bubbles, evidence of handcrafting or sanding, stones not sitting perfectly flush on the setting, and other minor imperfections. Such variations are entirely normal in handcrafted jewelry.

By making a purchase with Maternal Glow Jewelry, you acknowledge and accept that your jewelry piece may not be entirely flawless. It is important to note that we do not guarantee perfection or the absence of flaws in our products. Additionally, please be aware that we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including buyer's remorse or if a piece ordered as a gift is not to the liking of the recipient.

We value our customers deeply and understand the significance of their breastmilk jewelry. Before packaging, we meticulously inspect all jewelry to ensure top quality. I place an immense amount of pride into my work, I will not send out a piece I wouldn’t be proud to wear myself. I want you to cherish, treasure, and love your piece. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and we will get it sorted out. 

We cannot remake any promotional, free, or giveaway pieces.
