Shipping policy

Clients are responsible for paying to get their keepsakes sent to Maternal Glow Jewelry (unless a collection kit was ordered). An automatic email will be sent after purchase with instructions on how to send in all inclusions.

Clients are responsible for notifying me of any changes to their address if it has changed at any point following the placement of an order. Failure to provide updated address information before shipment will result in the customer being responsible for the cost of a new piece and shipping to the new address.

Once an order has been shipped, the client will receive an email containing tracking details. If the tracking status shows "delivered" but the customer has not received the package, they should initially inquire with neighbors as packages can occasionally be misdelivered. It's advisable to allow a few days to a week for any potential delays, as sometimes couriers mistakenly mark items as delivered. If the package still remains undelivered, the next course of action is to initiate a claim with the courier (USPS, UPS, ect.).
